With your first call, we'll obtain information about you or the person in need of care. With that information in mind, we're able to refer the appropriate level of caregiver to meet your needs.

Your information will be given to one of our Care Specialist who can assist you in choosing just the right caregivers to provide the quality of care you require and expect. If you are dissatisfied with any caregiver at any time, all you need to do is call us and we'll send a replacement for your approval.

We'll send a schedule to you (and to any family members you request) as a reminder of who will be in to help you on the days you've requested care. If you need a replacement caregiver, we'll refer caregivers you are familiar with and only substitute in cases of emergency with your approval.

We also make house calls! If you'd like one of our Care Specialist to visit with you to discuss your homecare options, just give us a call. We're happy to oblige and there is no obligation to use our services. We want you to be happy with your homecare decisions.

That's it! In a very short period of time you can be receiving the help that you need from sincere, qualified caregivers. We will work with you to strengthen and confirm your independence.
