Personal Care:

Live-in Care:
$150+ per day (Rates are negotiated based on level of care needed)

Homemaking/Companionship:
$11-$13

Hourly agency fee:
$2.95 per hour

Live-in agency fee:
$1.10 per hour

Agency Fee: $15 per visit

Prescription Refills:
Agency Fee: $40
Primary insurance pays for 80%; co-insurance or you are
responsible for remaining 20%

Medical Alert System:
$29/month (device and set up are free of charge)

Legal Assistance:
Call to coordinate a free consultation

Money Management:
Agency Fee: $5 per hour
Rates: $25-$35

Home Hair Care:
Agency Fee: $5 per cut or styling
Regular Cut (M/F): $15-$35
Wash & Set in Rollers: $25-$35
Cut, Style & Blow Dry: $25-$50
Color & Style: $40-$50
Perm, Style & Blow Dry: $45-$55

Weekend Rates:
Caregivers may charge an additional $1.50 per hour
for the 48 hour period of Saturdays and Sundays

Transportation:
Transportation provided by the caregiver's vehicle
may result in an additional fee by the caregiver

Holidays:
Time and one half may be charged by the caregiver for the 24 hour period of the following holidays: Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Year's Day
Christmas Eve and New Years Eve - caregivers may charge from 3 p.m. to midnight
