What are the advantages of using a Referral Agency?
Clients and family members are in control of the care plan and determine which caregivers will provide service. Decisions about your health and about your care are directed by you and your family or doctor, or by anyone else that you choose.

How do you screen your caregivers?
Every caregiver receives a complete background check, including criminal records check and motor vehicle violations check. Social Security numbers, residency documents (if necessary) and previous work history are checked as well. Caregivers participate in a face-to-face interview before being referred for work.

Do you accept insurance?
We refer caregivers to provide services for several Long Term Care Insurance Companies. Please call us with any questions you may have regarding Long Term Care Insurance.

How far in advance do I need to call you?
We've been very successful at referring caregivers with as little as one hour's notice. Our experience in this industry and extensive pool of caregivers allows us to find you the help you need with little notice.
