Northwest Home Care, Inc. is excited to introduce its new look and new owners to our valued caregivers, clients and prospective clients. Over the past few months, we have worked to make the transition between owners a seamless one. Our customers will continue to experience the great home care services they always have, allowing them to remain safe, comfortable and independent in their own homes. Our portfolio of services will be expanding and customers can expect to see additional benefits to make their time at home as pleasant as possible.

Vin Penry, President

Vin has been a registered nurse since 1995 and a nationally certified Nurse Practitioner since 1999. For twelve years, he has dedicated his professional career to finding better ways to care for our valued elderly population.

Rose Pryor, COO

Rose is an RN whose background includes hospital and long term care nursing in staffing, education and management roles. Her national certification in Gerontology in 1997 paved the way for a professional career devoted to the care of the older adult.

Lindsay Carroll, Director of Business Development

Lindsay joined Northwest Home Care, Inc. in 2011 and had spent the previous six years working in shopper marketing. She is a lifelong resident of CT, and received her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Connecticut. She spends her free time hiking with her dog, eating out and travelling.

Betty Rodgers, Office Manager

Betty is the Office Manager and has been with Northwest Home Care, Inc. for 12 years. She grew up on a dairy farm in Bantam, CT, where she continues to reside and has six children, two granddaughters and one great-granddaughter. She is extremely compassionate towards the elderly and treats each client with the highest level of care and respect. Betty keeps the office on their toes with a good laugh when times get hectic.

Lynn Janco, Care Coordinator

Lynn is a Care Coordinator that has been working in the office at Northwest Home Care, Inc. since 2007, and has been a Caregiver since 1996. She's a loving mother of two children and two grandchildren. Lynn is known as the warm and caring member of her family and friends by nature, and she brings that same attitude with her to work each day. In her spare time, she enjoys line dancing and spending time with her family.

Laurie Zordan, Care Coordinator

Laurie has been with Northwest Home Care since 2006 and has been a Caregiver since 2005. She has always lived in Litchfield County and outside of work she runs a dog sitting business, sells gourmet foods through Tastefully Simple, travels and spends time with her son. She has spent her whole life caring for family members for as long as she can remember, and has a true passion towards providing the elderly with the highest standards of care.
